END OF YEAR UPDATE
Hello Friends!!! I'm so grateful for all that God has done this fall and is continuing to do this semester! Thank you for praying and for your continued encouragement. I'll be brief and let you know what's happening.
1. SALE ON ALL CD's - In time for Christmas, all Dave Hunt CD's are $6.99 (and that includes shipping). click here to go to the online store
2.TRINITY CHURCH - What an amazing gift this has been! I have loved getting to be a part of this church plant, and to see God at work in so many ways. We are meeting at Eakin Elementary School in the heart of Nashville and are seeing new people come almost every week. Just last night we had our first Baptism service and celebrated as three people shared their story and were baptized. Matt, our pastor, is so gifted at teaching and preaching the gospel and I'm honored to get to serve under his leadership. Thank you for praying and please continue to do so!
3. IN YOU - I'm really excited about a recent recording of this song by my friend, and co-writer of the song, Michael Boggs (click here for a preview)! Christy Nockels sang on the song with him and I couldn't be more honored. I'm so thankful that this song has been such an encouragement to so many and I can't wait to see how God wants to use it in the Church.
4. REFUGE - It's been a bit of a rocky start for Refuge. However, I know people are praying, so I wanted to keep you posted. The attendance has not been what we had hoped, but I do believe that God is working in the lives of those coming and I am grateful to be a part of it. Please continue to lift us up on Monday nights as God ministers to the students at Belmont.
5. CUP-A CUP-A - This is a selfish plug(for the love of my wife), but my wife recently started a blog, mostly about food, and it's been a lot of fun. Besides that, I think it's really great. It might even help you out this Christmas season, who knows! So, check it out -http://www.cup-a.blogspot.com/.
Thanks again for praying. My hope for you today is that you are overwhelmed by the love and mercy of God and that you are reminded of the gospel - what a gift! Live in the grace of Christ and proclaim His glory. blessings, dave
